hello there, 27!

yikes!!!! i'm officially in my late 20s!!!! i don't quite feel so mature yet!!!! hahahaha!!!!

i hardly ever blog about work because i feel my blog is an outlet to share who i am as a person. not what i portray or seem to be as a "public" person. i love blogging about what i like doing when i'm not working, what my thoughts are, or random events in my life. but since i spent the whole of my birthday working, i would like to share with you how i spent my very special day! my birth date by the way is 11 march 1983. :p




1200MN
at the stroke of midnight, i was working for the show "melason in love" in the pbb house. it was sooo cute because my pbb family had a "last one minute" countdown!!!! 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.. woooooohoo! they sang for me, i made a wish, blew my candles, and food trip lang kami!




130AM
after work and before heading home, i passed by fiamma to make salubong my birthday with vince. we toasted to a coffee patron shot together, and danced to one of my favorite songs that vince requested the dj to play! stayed for just a short while because i had to get up early the next day.




900AM
what a wonderful way to wake up on my birthday! a skype chat with the love of my life, my inaanak roco!!!! i wouldn't have wanted to start my birthday any other way. so nice to spend my morning with my mom, brother, sister-in-law, and godson, kahit through webcam lang!




200PM
went to the mall to have lunch and go around shopping with vince! we ate at our no fail favorite yummy restaurant, cibo, where i ordered my usual telefono pasta in spaghettini and of course potato chips! my favorite dishes make me happy! i call them happy food!

soooooo many gifts! gotta love birthdays! a bouquet from my tfc connect family, a bouquet from my pbb family, super cool swimsuits from my loving sister mariel, and a superrrr fun collage with photos and messages from my pbb family made by my love super editor kris!

was totally surprised by my tfc connect family with an awesome video of birthday greetings! for everyone who is subscribed to tfc, you will get to watch this particular episode on monday. so sweet how some staff who don't even work with the show anymore, still came to greet me and celebrate with us! aaaaw.. :)

as soon as the pizza and cake were there, it was breaktime!!!! hahahaha! self declared breaktime to eat and bond first. :)

i visited the set of snn where my sister mariel was the co-host for the night! we also had pizza on the set there and while eating, i volunteered to hold up the boards for her and tito boy! the snn set is soooooo much fun because its the same group as all the other talk shows like e live and the buzz. :) love them!!!! :)

still working at the almost-stroke-of-midnight, this time, for an entertainment news show i do for cinema one, called cinema news. :) sooo sweet kasi the day was almost done but they surprised me with a huuuuge cake and a beautiful bouquet! ang dami ko nang cake at flowers sobra! ang saya saya mag-birthday! hahahaha! :p

this was officially march 12 and not my birthday anymore, but i wanted to eat my happy food before my day ended. and my happy food is.. chicken wings at il ponticello!!!! :) superrrr yummyyyy!!!! :) i never really celebrate my birthday as in with a party or night out or what, but vince just suggested i pass by to be with a few friends and eat my happy food! :)

right before i head home, vince brought out this yummy slice of chocolate cake that he and the ponti staff prepared.. aaaaw.. sweet! :) more cake! :p hahahahhaha! ang saya. simple, perfect way to end my birthday. :)
