mAdaYaW!

it was my first time in davao last weekend and boy, did i have fun!! davao is great because everything is cheap, there's no traffic, there's the hustle and bustle of city life, but everything's laid back at the same time. thank you to our hosts tito tommy, tita juliet, tracy, and tj pamintuan!

the davao crew! bianca, tracy, tj, bianca and mikee, gp and chicho, tina and bernie, michelle and martin, (kristine and amanda for the first day), and tim!

we went there for the first anniversary of liquid bar, that's the bar in apo view hotel, owned by the pamintuan family. cool bar! nice layout, great music, and the crowd is good too!

apparently, the pamintuan family is close to diether ocampo. since he couldn't make it, kristine hermosa graced the event on his behalf. i've been a fan of kristine hermosa since pre-pangako sa yo days, so of course i wouldn't pass up the opportunity to have my picture taken with her! when i met her, the only thing i could say was, "i watched your movie! i thought it was good!" hehehe.

we all went dancing all night!

the next day, the pamintuan family took us to pearl farm for an overnight chill trip. that's me with tracy and her mom tita juliet, my future in laws! hehehe! (tracy is the girlfriend of my brother jc. naks rhyming pa names nila.) we just ate, swam, tanned, hung out the whooole day. it was a great weekend for rest and relaxation.

the picture with my feet shows eight dots swimming in the pool.. those eight dots are actually the four uberly sweet couples we went with. boy did i miss justin!

on our way back to the city, our boat had a sun deck, so of course, with a group of models, stylists, photographers, and camera whores, the davao crew couldn't help but pose and click away!

check out inquirer's saturday super by tim and gp's column in the bulletin for more pictures. :)
